A New Hope for Custodial Parents

  • ACSE utilizes Enforcement Pro 2.01, computer software specifically designed for child support enforcement to better manage our caseload.

  • ACSE makes use of extensive nationwide computer databases to track deadbeat parents.

  • ACSE keeps our caseload to a maximum of 350 cases per investigator, as opposed to 1000-1500 in state agencies; therefore, your case is worked in a more efficient manner.

  • ACSE has private process servers and private investigators on retainer.

  •

To qualify for services, you must meet these criteria:

  • You cannot currently be on Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC).

  • You must have a valid court order for child support as ordered by a judge with the judge's signature. ACSE will need a copy of this court order in addition to any payment records from your state or local agency to work your case.

  • You must be owed at least $5,000.00 in past due child support. This amount may include any past due support for medical expenses if those expenses were ordered by the court to be paid by the absent parent.

  • You cannot currently be under contract with another private agency. That is, we cannot accept a case if another private agency is working your case as well.

Here is a list of some of the services provided by ACSE:

  • Our counselors will meet with you one on one, at your convenience, to assist you in filling out paper work. The counselors will answer any questions you may have. By meeting with the clients, our knowledgeable counselors are able to help gather information about the case that you may not think to be important to the case.

  • ACSE will calculate the past due amount of child support, medical support, alimony, and interest due to you.

  • ACSE will implement enforcement techniques such as wage withholding, liens, license suspensions, and will work with state and county agencies on arrest warrants. (ACSE cannot issue warrants and suspensions; however, we can petition the courts for these actions.)

  • If legal action is necessary, ACSE will retain an attorney and advance all legal fees to insure collections of the total arrearages owed. ACSE will petition the court to have the non-paying parent to pay for all attorney fees.

  • ACSE has process servers on retainer nationwide to track down deadbeat parents who prefer to run and hide instead of fulfill their court ordered child support obligations.

  • ACSE now provides internet services which allow you to submit newly acquired information about the NCP using the Current Client Resources without having to make a phone call to our office. At any time, you can reach us via e-mail and we will respond promptly.
