About Us
Allegiance Child Support Enforcement is a private, nationwide child support enforcement agency operated by a group of people who believe in the importance of children receiving support from both parents. ACSE takes a firm stand when it comes to child support, especially since there is absolutely no excuse for a parent to avoid providing financial support for their children. ACSE not only collects the child support, but also continues to enforce and fight for what you deserve.
Allegiance Child Support Enforcement is also registered with the Texas Department of Banking.

ACSE's mission is to provide our clients with the most comprehensive and reliable services in the child support enforcement community through the integration of caring people, technology, and experience.
While striving to fulfill this mission, ACSE adheres to professional standards established by the Professional Child Support Enforcement Agency Coalition.
Ultimately, our goal is to improve the quality of life of all our clients and their children through the effective collection of past due child support. At the same time, we hope to facilitate meaningful, long-term relations between the custodial parent, the absent parent, and the children. After all, children need and deserve the support of both parents.
